  Overall, we had a fantastic experience with North Star. We originally got in touch with them in the fall, and while things were put on hold until spring, they kept us top of mind. When spring arrived, they were immediately ready to go, and the install crews were incredibly prompt and efficient. They were also really helpful when we had some questions about the fence layout – the post crew worked hard to find a solution that perfectly fit our yard. Everything was installed flawlessly – the gates are tight, level, and operate smoothly, and I especially appreciated that they even took care of adjusting my neighbor's post.   “We’ve been absolutely thrilled with our North Star fence – we’ve had it for five years now, and it’s really stood the test of time. From start to finish, John was fantastic; he really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, incorporating a 4-foot chain link in the front, a 5-foot chain link in the back, a cedar privacy fence in a few key spots, and even five custom gates in different sizes. He even worked closely with our driveway contractor to ensure the posts were perfectly installed before the concrete was poured. Five years later, it still looks fantastic and is incredibly sturdy. We wholeheartedly recommend North Star – they were cost-competitive, provided exceptional service, and the quality of their work is outstanding. We give them a definite A+!” report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the work done. They completely replaced a six-foot chain link fence and a four-foot double gate, and they did a fantastic job – truly professional and efficient. The team was always responsive and available to answer questions, and they kept me fully informed about the timeline and costs throughout the entire process, with no surprises at all.   John and North Star did an absolutely fantastic job installing our ornamental fence today. We were so impressed with the quality of their work – everything was done with such precision, from the posts to the final installation.
