Working with Consolidated Construction has been a genuinely positive experience. Their project management skills are truly top-notch – they consistently demonstrate an ability to keep things running smoothly, and the entire team is incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing any potential issues. I especially want to highlight the work of Danny, Brian, and Nick, who consistently ensured the project stayed perfectly aligned with our requirements and timeline. And on-site, Dwane, Barry, and Dennis were fantastic site superintendents, always flexible and attentive to the needs of all the contractors. It made a huge difference in keeping everything organized and on schedule. I wholeheartedly recommend Consolidated Construction to anyone looking for a company that values transparency, punctuality, and a real commitment to professionalism.

I am absolutely furious with this company. They completely destroyed my entire flower garden, and even damaged my neighbor’s beautiful flowers too! They ripped up concrete, trampled everything, and then came back to finish the job, stepping on every single plant – some were even pulled out of the ground. It was utterly devastating. Now I’m stuck paying to replace everything, and my daughter is heartbroken because she spent so much time and love planting them. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone – it’s clear they don’t care about the damage they cause.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the recent work done at the building. While I appreciate the improvements, I was deeply upset by how CCC handled the landscaping. They completely destroyed a collection of flowers I’d planted, including some very special ones I’d moved from my father’s cemetery. They didn’t warn us to move them or protect them, and the damage was heartbreaking. It felt incredibly disrespectful and careless, and I know other residents share my feelings about this. Please be mindful of residents’ property when CCC is working on the building.

“I had a really frustrating experience trying to get in touch with them. Every single phone number I called just kept looping back, requiring me to press zero repeatedly to reach a receptionist – it was incredibly difficult to get through.”
-
“138 particularly needs some focused training on driving skills – it’s clear they’re still developing that aspect.”
-
That driver was incredibly reckless, constantly texting while behind the wheel. It was a dangerous and unacceptable behavior.
-
“CCC is really impressive – it’s a great tool.”

“Sydney, it was great to hear your positive feedback – we really appreciate you saying so!”
