  Arlington Masonry and Paving did an absolutely fantastic job fixing the bluestone stairs at our 4 Cambridge condos. They were incredibly punctual, professional, and clearly take pride in their work – the result was flawless, and we got a really fair price.   Arlington Masonry did an excellent job repairing our front stoop. They completely tackled the issue, replacing the thin stone and expertly repointing and securing the granite. I was especially impressed with their responsiveness, especially considering they were able to get the work done despite the challenging weather in early January.   “I was really hoping to give Arlington Masonry a good review, as I’d read so many positive ones and felt comfortable using their services. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. They did a solid job repairing the worn concrete steps on my house, and I appreciate the two guys who worked hard in the July heat to get it done. However, the communication afterward was completely lacking. They just showed up the day before to start the work with no formal schedule, which was a little inconvenient. After the job was finished, they just disappeared. They left a pressure washer in my garage and didn’t respond to my text asking them to retrieve it. I tried calling the company twice more over the next couple of weeks to get the washer back, but I received no response. Honestly, it felt incredibly disrespectful, especially considering I was a paying customer. Because of this lack of communication and their ignoring my requests, I’m seriously considering giving the completed work away. I’d definitely recommend them if you just need the work done, but if you value good customer service and clear communication, you should look elsewhere.” report abuse

  Miles and his team did an absolutely fantastic job transforming my old brick fireplace! They completely resurfaced it with concrete, which looks fantastic and is a really popular trend now. I couldn’t be happier with the results – they were so friendly, polite, and quick to respond, and they took really good care to clean up after themselves. I highly recommend them. report abuse

  Miles was fantastic – really responsive and professional. He got out to my house within hours to give me an estimate, and he completed the repairs to my walkway and tread in just under 48 hours, which was a huge relief. To top it off, he even fixed the other walkway end for free! report abuse

  “I absolutely have to recommend Arlington Masonry! A friend of mine used them to repair their steps and install a new walkway, and I was so impressed with the beautiful work. It was really easy on the eyes. I had them do the same for me, and Miles and his team were fantastic – professional and very reasonable in price.
