  Overall, Reliable Reclad did a fantastic job with my initial building project several years ago, and I’m really pleased with the quality of their work. However, my recent experience trying to get them to address some necessary repairs – a door cut and damage from a break-in – has been quite disappointing. I contacted them multiple times via email, text, and phone, and while Dan from the Paving division was courteous and even provided a quote for asphalt repairs, I’ve still heard nothing back after two weeks. It seems like their customer service response time could be improved. I’d give them 3 stars based on the initial work, but the current lack of communication is concerning. report abuse

They were incredibly efficient and completed the project so quickly – it made a huge difference, allowing me to enjoy my balcony without any disruption.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience at this company. From the start, the office staff seemed more focused on internal drama than on serving their employees. They misrepresented the terms of my contract and bonuses, and frankly, seemed determined to let my employment end before I had a chance to succeed. I brought serious concerns about potential theft and repeated OSHA violations to management’s attention, but they ignored them. It was alarming to see how they dismissed a newly hired safety representative who was simply trying to improve safety protocols. Beyond that, there were instances of unprofessional behavior, including an attempt to steal my tools and toolbox during my termination – an action that required involving law enforcement. I strongly advise anyone considering working here to look for alternative options.” report abuse

  “As a disabled veteran, I was very disappointed with this company. I encountered a significant issue when one of their trucks was parked in two handicap spaces, preventing me from accessing the building. It was frustrating to see a driver who wasn't a veteran occupying designated spaces for those with disabilities. Based on this experience, I don’t feel confident in their professionalism or their adherence to rules.” report abuse
