“I was really disappointed with this survey experience. The person who arrived was accompanied by someone who spent the entire time sitting in the truck while he dealt with the significant mess his ‘porter’ had already created. It seemed incredibly lazy, and I’m concerned the porter wasn’t held accountable for the damage. Furthermore, there was no communication about their arrival, and they left a considerable mess on my neighbor’s lawn and scattered flags. Overall, it felt like a complete lack of professionalism and attention to detail—I’m glad I didn’t pay for this service.”

“I was extremely frustrated with this surveying company. They kept making errors with the boundary lines for my loan, requiring constant corrections and, unfortunately, additional charges. It ended up costing nearly double the original estimate – going from $2000 to $2800 due to multiple mistakes. Despite numerous attempts to contact them directly, they were consistently unresponsive, only communicating through the title company. I wouldn’t recommend using their services.”

“We were so pleased with Proline Surveying! We’d just bought our house and decided to stick with the existing survey, but quickly realized it didn’t give us a clear picture of our property boundaries – especially with the creek, lots of trees, and the unusual shape of the land. Proline was fantastic; they really took the time to walk the property with us, answered all our questions patiently, and provided us with a survey we could actually understand. We highly recommend them!”

“I was really disappointed with my experience with ProLine. I contacted them yesterday to place an online order, and they were responsive and helpful in answering my questions. However, I received a later response declining the order entirely, stating they weren’t accepting new clients. Because several of our title companies routinely use ProLine, I’ll be letting them know about this issue and advising them not to order through them going forward. It’s crucial that whoever answers the phone clearly communicates whether or not new orders are being accepted, and I think an online notice would also be really helpful. This order was time-sensitive, and we’ve unfortunately lost a day due to this. We chose ProLine for their fast service, but this experience has completely changed my opinion, and I won’t be using their service again.”

“I’ve been really pleased with Proline – their communication is fantastic and they’re incredibly responsive, which is crucial for closing deals. The pricing is also very reasonable. I rely on them for the majority of my closings and would absolutely use them for more locations if they were available!”

“I’ve been using Proline Surveying since 2002 and I can’t recommend them enough! Billy and his team consistently provide fantastic customer service and deliver top-quality surveys at a price that’s really reasonable. I truly love working with them.”

“I unfortunately had a really frustrating experience with this company. I contacted them in 2013 to have a simple property line survey done – it was just a quick job to locate pins and determine where my fence should go. I submitted a request through their website and even called to follow up, but they never acknowledged it. They told me they hadn’t received my request and, ultimately, said they weren’t taking on any new work at that time, leaving me with no help at all.”
-
“I’ve worked with Proline Surveying for over 15 years, and I can honestly say they’ve consistently provided excellent service. William and his team have done countless surveys for my clients, and I’ve never encountered a single issue – a real testament to their professionalism and hard work.”
-
“Proline really came through for me when I needed a quick survey for my mortgage refinance. They were incredibly responsive – I contacted them in the afternoon and they had the survey completed the next morning. They were friendly, efficient, and got the job done quickly.”
-
“I was incredibly frustrated with this service. They kept rescheduling my appointment multiple times, which seriously disrupted my work. Then, just a few days before the final reschedule, they cancelled altogether, claiming they were too busy – it felt completely unreliable and really impacted my business.”
