The price was also very fair, especially when you compare it to other companies I looked at. Perry was incredibly helpful, always answering my questions and keeping me fully informed about the progress of the repair. I especially appreciated how they worked around the limited space for parking and concrete pouring, and they took great care to protect my property throughout the entire process.   “We were really pleased with American Eagle – we’d bought a house and discovered a bowed foundation wall behind the finished basement, which was a stressful situation. We got quotes from a few different companies, and American Eagle stood out. They weren’t at all pushy, just really knowledgeable and helped us find a solution that worked for our needs and budget (foundation repairs are expensive, of course!). They did a fantastic job – they installed wall plates, carbon fiber straps, a new sump pit and pump, and a drainage line, plus a new french drain. Throughout the whole process, they kept us updated on everything, were really responsive to our questions, and their work was top-notch – clean, professional, and built to last.   “I was so grateful for the help we received getting our parents’ house ready for sale. Our realtor brought to our attention some water damage in the basement, which we hadn’t seen before because of a large freezer. Thankfully, she immediately recommended American Eagle, and they were fantastic. They quickly assessed the situation, gave us a really fair quote for the repairs – involving digging, drainage, and connecting it to our sump pump – and got the job done incredibly quickly, in just two days! They even followed up a couple of days later. Honestly, they did a brilliant job, and I’m really confident this work will make the house much more appealing to buyers.   I was absolutely thrilled with the work American Eagle did to solve my basement flooding problem. After years of worrying about water coming in after heavy rain, they completely resolved the issue with their French drain system, the Safe Edge, and the new sump pump. The waterproofing they installed is fantastic – it’s really directing all the groundwater into the basin and the new pump is incredibly quiet. The whole process was surprisingly quick, just a week, and now I finally have a dry and usable basement! I want to give a huge thanks to the team who tackled this; they did a fantastic job making my basement safe and dry.   “American Eagle did an absolutely fantastic job with our crawlspace remediation. They completely encapsulated it, including the joists and the entire crawlspace, and used a really durable plastic flooring with foam board insulation – it feels so much better now. What really impressed us was how attentive they were; they even took the initiative to address an issue with our old HVAC condensate drain, ensuring it was draining correctly and patching it up for a lasting solution. The technicians were incredibly thorough throughout the entire process, from the initial estimate to the final walkthrough, and they were always communicative. They were even kind enough to adjust the final price down a bit when they realized the space was a little bigger than initially estimated.
