  Kip was fantastic – he really went above and beyond to make sure we could get our door installed. Even though our door isn’t a standard size, he was able to arrange for it to be custom-made, which was a huge relief! Now we just need to wait for the new door to arrive. report abuse

  Kip was fantastic – he really nailed the problem with our foundation and communicated everything clearly, including a realistic timeline and cost. Plus, he went above and beyond by cleaning our dryer exhaust before he left. I’d absolutely recommend them again! report abuse

  Dave did a fantastic job fixing my kitchen cabinet door – he really came through! Because the original brackets weren’t working, he had to get pretty creative with the repair, and he did a meticulous job. It was great to have someone with experience working with kitchen cabinets, and the whole process was really smooth and efficient. I was very pleased with the service. report abuse

  Overall, the work done was good and Jeff was a fantastic technician – really helpful and professional. However, I was extremely disappointed with the price. We were billed around $160 an hour plus $166 for materials, and frankly, that seemed excessive considering the relatively small amount of work involved. Just one plank of molding, a few boards, and some screws – it didn’t justify the cost at all. Because of the high price, we likely won’t be using their services again. report abuse

  “I just wanted to say how incredibly pleased we were with Tommy from Handyman Services. He did a fantastic job replacing the cracked vinyl after we had some mini-splits installed – he was so punctual, efficient, and really conscientious. He was working non-stop and we’d absolutely hire him again without hesitation!” report abuse

  Overall, I had a really positive experience with this service. Kip, the technician we worked with, was fantastic – he was friendly, provided clear and accurate information, and his initial quote was exactly what we expected. I’d definitely give him a 5 out of 5. The work itself has been great so far, and it held up well during last week’s weather. However, the only reason I’m not giving the service a perfect score is due to two last-minute cancellations. They had to reschedule the initial assessment and then the service itself, which was frustrating, especially since the issue – a water leak near an electrical panel – felt quite urgent. It disrupted our plans, and I felt like the scheduling wasn’t prioritizing that particular problem. Despite that, I’d absolutely use their service again, and I’d specifically request Kip.” report abuse

  Mr. Handyman did a fantastic job installing our new attic stairs. The old ones had finally given up the ghost, and they took care of everything – from choosing a great replacement with our input, to the installation itself, all in about five hours. They were incredibly professional, quickly and accurately adapted the stairs to fit our space, and even cleaned up the entire area afterward, removing the old unit and all the packaging. Greg was punctual, efficient, and really easy to talk to. We’ll definitely be using their services again and wholeheartedly recommend them! report abuse
