“I honestly couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Nexus really went above and beyond, keeping me in the loop on every detail and answering all my questions promptly. They took care of absolutely everything – from securing the permits and coordinating the electrical inspection to dealing with the utility company – and everyone I spoke with was just fantastic. I highly recommend them!”

Overall, I was really impressed with the service I received. The sales team was incredibly helpful – they answered all my questions thoroughly and took the time to address every one of my concerns. The implementation team also kept me perfectly in the loop on everything, letting me know exactly what was happening at each stage. And I was particularly pleased with how quickly the installation crew got everything done; they finished the job in under a week! But what really stood out was their flexibility when I needed to replace my roof – they took down the panels the day before the roofers arrived, and then quickly returned to put them back up once the new shingles were installed. It was a fantastic level of service.

Overall, the installation went really smoothly thanks to Nexus. They secured all the necessary approvals – county and HOA – and got the 18 panels up in about half a day. The only minor hiccups were a slight rerouting of a conduit due to HOA requirements and a small communication issue with the county inspector regarding the inspection date. Nexus took care of everything with the power company, including getting the Permission To Operate, and they were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process.
