  I was really disappointed with my experience with Santos. I’d booked an appointment four weeks prior to get my pool opened, but he completely missed the Thursday before Memorial Day without any communication. I tried to reach him by email multiple times leading up to the appointment, but received no response. It was incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark, especially since he hadn’t replied to my messages. It felt like he hadn't honored his commitment, and I wouldn’t recommend him – particularly during a busy time like the start of summer. report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the whole experience – from the initial contact to the final completion of my pool liner replacement. The team was fantastic; they were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. They kept me fully informed throughout the entire process and went above and beyond, even skipping water breaks until the job was done. Definitely a company I’d recommend and would absolutely use again. Plus, the pricing was very reasonable.” report abuse

  “I can’t even begin to describe how frustrated I was with this company. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I called multiple times, and not once did anyone return my calls or provide me with a quote. I gave them my phone number and email, but it was like they weren't even listening. I was on the phone with the office, and they promised they’d get back to me, but nothing ever happened. I scheduled an appointment for them to look at my pool, and they completely ignored the appointment and didn’t show up. I even took time off work to wait for them, and left a message explaining the situation. Still, no response. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Adding to the confusion, the person I spoke with, Kendra, seemed completely lost, and someone else in the background kept contradicting her. Ultimately, they didn’t show up, didn’t call, and offered no solutions. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone – if you’re too busy to provide proper service, at least be upfront about it!” report abuse

  “I was so relieved to find a reliable service when my new hot tub suddenly stopped working! They were incredibly prompt and professional, and honestly, it was a lifesaver – especially with the freezing temperatures! The technician was fantastic – really efficient, friendly, and easy to talk to.   Honestly, we’ve come to the conclusion that we can’t rely on them at all. Despite giving them numerous opportunities, the promises they made consistently weren’t delivered. We’ve made the difficult decision to move on and pursue other options – we’ve simply learned that we can’t count on them.
