  Working with Jones Pierce Structures to renovate our 1950s ranch was an absolutely fantastic experience. From start to finish, they were incredibly attentive to our needs and really listened to our vision for the house. They offered a design-build package that was collaborative and kept us fully informed – we received regular updates, at least weekly, and they were always responsive to any questions we had. The whole team was so professional and knowledgeable, and we were blown away by the quality of their work, not just the construction itself, but also their architectural design and interior design capabilities. Honestly, they delivered a “WOW FACTOR” we hadn’t even anticipated! Plus, we really appreciated working with such talented and conscientious people – the sub-contractors were top-notch.   We’ve been incredibly pleased with our experience working with Jones Pierce Architects. Like any big project, we had a few initial challenges, but they were handled swiftly and professionally, and we were completely satisfied with the resolutions. Their design for our renovation of our 1950s brick ranch is truly remarkable. It was a really complex undertaking – they transformed our single-story home into a three-story space by utilizing a basement and attic, and they even created a stunning kitchen with a 10ft island and a wood-burning pizza oven, which was a key request of ours. They also added a fantastic master suite and a beautiful two-story covered deck. We particularly appreciate how they transformed the dark stairwells into bright, open spaces. Bryan Jones and his team were fantastic; they really understood our vision and were able to bring it to life. One team member, in particular, was amazing – they had a real knack for listening, offering brilliant ideas, and turning them into a practical and beautiful design. Working with them, especially navigating the requirements of the Druid Hills Historical Society, was a really smooth process. They completely revitalized the façade, turning a dated and somewhat neglected space into a beautiful, authentic Craftsman home. Bryan was incredibly hands-on, frequently on-site and ensured the general contractor flawlessly executed his design vision.
