  “I was really excited to connect with Kickr Design – they seemed like an innovative company. I had a meeting with one of their consultants back on August 10th to discuss my project, and I was told to expect a proposal within two weeks. However, it’s now November 1st, and I still haven’t heard anything. I’ve had to move forward with another group to build my prototype. I appreciate Addison, the owner, reaching out to apologize and explain that it was a simple human error – a case that had been missed on their project tracker. While I understand mistakes happen, it’s frustrating that it took nearly three months to get this resolved. Despite that, I was really impressed with Addison’s honesty and his willingness to take responsibility. It was much better to hear the truth about a dropped ball than a fabricated excuse. I’m continuing to move my project forward, but I’ll definitely keep Kickr Design in mind for future projects – thanks again, Addison, for your attention to this.” report abuse
