  I’m incredibly frustrated with this company’s service. We hired them to mark the location of our fence, and all we received were just pins stuck in the ground – no drawings, no documentation whatsoever. We provided the photos they sent us to our homeowner’s association, and they rejected our request because they needed a formal drawing. To add insult to injury, they then charged us an additional $700 to *send* us a drawing we already needed! It’s completely unbelievable and feels like a blatant scam. We didn’t even have a drawing of their work, and the final bill of $1300 for a simple survey is absolutely ridiculous. I strongly advise against using this company. report abuse

  “I had a really frustrating experience with Boundary Zone. They initially messed up mapping my property line and then said they needed to check with the county. After I followed up, they promised to return the following week, but they never showed up. I contacted them repeatedly, but it was like they just ignored me. Eventually, I had to go with a different company, and to add insult to injury, they still sent me a bill for the survey. I refused to pay, and then they shockingly put a negative mark on my credit report! It’s understandable things can go wrong sometimes, but their lack of communication, failure to deliver, and then attempting to damage my credit is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.” report abuse

  This was a really upsetting experience. I was charged for a survey I never even received, and it turns out they tried to put a negative mark on my credit report – which was incredibly concerning. Thankfully, the collection agency they use was able to help me sort things out, and I had to file a police report to address the fraud. It’s clear this company engaged in some dishonest practices, and I’m very wary of their methods. I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere; it’s best to avoid this company entirely. report abuse

  “Overall, I had a really positive experience. The staff were fantastic – incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to assist us with our fence survey. Although they initially had trouble locating one of our markers, they kept us fully updated throughout the process and communicated effectively with their supervisor. I appreciated that they were willing to carefully trim a few small trees to ensure access, and everyone was patient and accommodating to all my questions.” report abuse
