  Honestly, I wouldn't use this person again. I had a really frustrating experience – I had to contact him four times, and he consistently kept delaying a simple project. Ultimately, he just emailed me to say he couldn’t do it, and seemed to avoid direct communication. It felt like a waste of my time. report abuse

  “I was really struggling to find a surveyor who was willing to tackle the complex requirements of my project, involving a lot of coordination with the county. I spoke to several, but most either weren’t interested or quoted prices that seemed incredibly high. Julian was hesitant at first because of all the extra time it would take to deal with the county bureaucracy, which I appreciated him explaining. Luckily, I was able to convince him that I could handle that middle-man role, and he did an excellent job – a very accurate survey at a fair price.   “This surveyor was fantastic! He was incredibly honest and went above and beyond to ensure we received the topographic map exactly as the city required. He did a really thorough job with our property survey and clearly marked the boundary. It’s just a shame we’d gotten a basic paper from McClung a year earlier – we didn’t even get a walk-through or any markers.” report abuse
