  Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. They sent someone out to assess the issue, but I was told they’d call me the same day with an estimate. I waited for three whole days and still hadn’t heard anything. When I finally called to inquire, they just told me they hadn’t ordered the parts, and they’d get right on it. Then, another five days passed with no contact. It’s unacceptable to leave a customer hanging like that. I appreciate them eventually promising to call me back, but it’s been over five days! It’s clear they weren’t equipped to handle the job, and a simple explanation would have been much appreciated. Thankfully, I was referred to a different plumber who fixed the problem using existing parts within two days – a much more professional and efficient experience. report abuse
