  I unfortunately can’t recommend this general contractor. They consistently offered significantly lower bids than competitors, and then added substantial, unexpected costs through excessive change orders. Furthermore, the quality of their labor seemed very poor, creating serious safety concerns. I strongly advise finding a different GC. report abuse

  I can’t recommend using this company. They were incredibly unprofessional and ultimately left me in a terrible situation. They sent a contract, gave a verbal go-ahead for submittals, and then completely disappeared. They pulled a $2 million contract from me without any warning or communication. After weeks of trying to get things moving, I was finally contacted and told it was a problem with our bond – a story I strongly dispute. The entire experience was deeply upsetting and frankly, humiliating. It’s been a truly scarring experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to say it’s the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
