From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team was incredibly professional, really efficient, and took great care of the details.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our experience using Kirkley Floor Covering. We got several quotes and chose them specifically because Jordan and Melissa in the office were so friendly and professional – we really felt like we could trust them. Mark, our installer, did a fantastic job with the new engineered wood floors, and we especially appreciated Ken, the owner, taking the time to check in on the project and meet us.   Kirkley Flooring was fantastic – truly a pleasure working with them to get everything we needed for our new home. They had an amazing selection of tile, marble, and carpet, and Melissa was particularly helpful. She really took the time to understand our needs, especially with three toddlers running around! She recommended the perfect high-traffic carpet that’s holding up incredibly well. Honestly, after a little nail polish mishap (thanks, twins!), she walked me through cleaning it up over the phone – it’s like it never happened! Overall, we’re so pleased with their service and the quality of their products. They even went above and beyond to order us samples of tiles we’d seen online, which was a really nice touch.   “I’ve been really pleased with Kirkley Floor Covering. They did two recent renovations at our Lakehouse – adding a new room and installing hardwood floors. They were fantastic to work with – always professional, incredibly patient, and they kept things on schedule.
