    “We were so pleased with Harmon Mechanical’s work on our sunroom! We needed a whole new system installed, including adding heating and air, and some patching of our existing ductwork. From the start, they were incredibly thorough, sending over pictures of our old system and then calling with several different options to address our needs. Once we decided, they were ready to go, working diligently from early morning until dark to complete the job. They were truly professional, responsive to our questions, and went above and beyond by cleaning up everything afterward. We absolutely love our new Daikin 3 ton HP – it’s unbelievably quiet!     Overall, my experience with Harmon Mechanical was a bit frustrating but ultimately positive. They were incredibly responsive – someone was at my house within two hours of my initial call, which was fantastic. The technician, Luke, was really friendly and pleasant. However, after he left, the air conditioner stopped working completely, and I had to call back to schedule another visit. While the company was helpful in explaining financing options, it was disappointing to have to pay for another repair so soon after the first. Thankfully, Luke returned on Monday and successfully replaced the blower motor, and my air conditioner is now working perfectly. I’m really grateful he was able to resolve the issue, and I’d definitely recommend Harmon Mechanical – just be prepared for potential follow-up visits. report abuse

    Overall, the technician was responsive and kept me updated with pictures of the work being done. They addressed the issue with my AC system, adding freon and a new capacitor. However, I felt like a quick call explaining the diagnosis and the need for a new capacitor would have been appreciated. It was a little concerning that the capacitor was replaced even though it was functioning, and I would have liked to have seen the voltage reading to understand the situation better. Also, I was a bit surprised that 3lbs of freon were used – my unit was running much cooler after a service last year, and they charged me less then. I’m still waiting for my old capacitor to be dropped off, and I was disappointed that I hadn't received a call before the work was finished. The final bill of $705 felt a bit high considering the circumstances. report abuse
