“Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. The directions were consistently wrong, leading us to the wrong location multiple times. To top it off, they provided the incorrect contact number. We ended up losing a significant amount of time – an hour plus the time it took to unload two other trucks – and ultimately lost a whole load because of their errors. It was a complete waste of time and incredibly inconvenient.”
