  Honestly, we’re incredibly disappointed with our experience buying Pella windows. We built our dream home about 25 years ago and assumed we were getting a quality product. Unfortunately, it’s turned out to be a huge mistake. We’ve had nothing but problems, and the worst part was needing a replacement pane for one of our bay windows. It took Pella six days just to get in touch with us, and then they told us our windows were “vintage” and they couldn’t replace the broken glass – and then tried to push us to buy entirely new windows. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. Please, learn from our mistake and don’t buy Pella windows; you’ll likely regret it. report abuse

  Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Pella. Dan Boudreau was incredibly helpful, taking the time to really understand what I was looking for and patiently explaining all the different financing options. And the installation team were both really friendly and did a fantastic job – the new windows look absolutely amazing! Dimitri and his crew were also just fantastic; they were really friendly and kept us well-informed throughout the whole process.   I’m really disappointed with my experience with Pella. We hired them to install windows and doors for our new home, and while they seemed great initially, it quickly turned into a nightmare. We spent a significant amount of money with them, but one of our exterior doors was installed incorrectly. Despite assurances that they’d replace it before we moved in, we never heard back from them. It’s now a year later and the problem remains unresolved – the incorrect door is still there. I’ve tried repeatedly to contact them over the past year, leaving multiple messages, but it’s been completely unresponsive. Honestly, their customer service is atrocious. Once they’ve taken your money, they disappear. I wish I could give a better review, but I feel obligated to warn others about this experience. report abuse

  Daniel Boudreau was fantastic – he really took the time to understand exactly what we needed when we were replacing our bedroom sliding doors. He was so patient with us as we took our time making a decision, and we’re incredibly happy with the final result and the quality of the installation. We’ll definitely be reaching out to Daniel when we’re looking to replace windows elsewhere in the house. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly frustrated with the ongoing issues surrounding my Pella installation. As you can see in the attached image, the door handle is unusual, there are noticeable gaps between the storm doors, and there’s no door sweep – all problems that were supposed to be addressed. I’ve been patient and understanding with Pella throughout this eight-month process, but it’s now causing me significant financial loss while I wait for them to complete the work they initially started.” report abuse

  Honestly, we couldn't be happier with the work Pella and their team did for us. It was a bit pricier than some other companies, but the difference in quality was immediately clear. From the very first consultation, the sales team was fantastic – they really listened to our needs and helped us find a solution that fit our budget. But the real stars were Jacob and his crew. They were absolutely phenomenal! Everyone was so polite, professional, and genuinely respectful of our home. They completely transformed our sliding glass door walls, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They paid such incredible attention to detail, taking extra care to ensure nothing was damaged during the removal and installation. I was particularly impressed with how thoroughly they worked, constantly checking to make sure they weren't impacting the surrounding walls. They patiently answered all of my questions, and I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything. The final result is beautiful, and we’re confident that Pella and Jacob’s team have given us a truly lasting and high-quality installation.
