  “We can’t recommend Quality Contracting highly enough. After a devastating house fire in May of 2022, they were absolutely incredible in restoring our home. Honestly, we’re still amazed at the job they did. From the very beginning, they guided us through everything, and it was clear how genuinely caring and compassionate everyone at Quality was. Michael Bonnette, our project manager, was truly exceptional. He was incredibly detail-oriented, kept the project on track, and was always available to answer our questions. He really took the stress out of a truly awful situation. Under Michael’s supervision, they expertly handled everything – packing up what we could save, carefully removing what couldn’t be salvaged, and even helped us navigate the insurance process. The tradespeople they brought in, like John Ellis and Steve Henry, were fantastic – John was a brilliant lead carpenter and Steve and his assistant, Alex, were so dedicated to their work and to us. Steve was particularly helpful, offering valuable suggestions that really improved the rebuild. It’s clear they take immense pride in their work, and the quality of the rebuild is outstanding.   Overall, I was really pleased with the work Quality Contracting did to rebuild our house after the fire. They’d been recommended by our insurance company, and from the start, it was clear they took immense pride in their work – a truly professional and conscientious approach, which was fantastic to see. Initially, we had a bit of a problem with the first project manager, but thankfully he moved on, and Jim Reinke stepped in. Jim was a lifesaver! He was incredibly responsive, always returning my calls and keeping us on track with everything that needed to be done. There was one small issue that lingered – the driveway had been redone poorly, and I worried about their commitment to the warranty. However, Jim recognized the problem immediately and personally oversaw the repairs, ensuring they were done right. The driveway is now completely fixed, and I’m so grateful for his dedication.   Overall, I was incredibly impressed with the team’s professionalism and dedication. From the very beginning, Dave, the project manager, was fantastic – he responded so quickly and was always available to answer any questions. Everyone was genuinely concerned about getting the job done perfectly, and they were all incredibly friendly and respectful. I particularly appreciated Mike’s hard work and positive attitude, and I also really enjoyed working with Walter; he’s a wonderful person and I’m looking forward to collaborating with him on the final stages. Hunter truly stood out to me. He was not only a consistently reliable and hardworking member of the team, but he went above and beyond, like when he created a little treasure map for my daughter – it was such a thoughtful gesture and really made her feel comfortable during a stressful time. The entire team was incredibly polite and considerate, and they took the time to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction, even washing my floor before they left.   I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Jim Reinke and Quality Contracting for the fantastic job they did on my kitchen after that awful water leak from the attic. Thanks to my neighbor’s recommendation, I got in touch with them six months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
