  “I received a quote from Capitol, and it was the cheapest, which was initially great. However, the scope of work they presented was incredibly vague – it lacked detail compared to the other quotes I got. Each of the other vendors provided much more specific information, and while they shared some common elements, they all had unique aspects that stood out. I compiled a comprehensive comparison of everything across all the quotes and sent it back to Capitol, but they refused to revise their estimate. It struck me as odd, really, because I was just hoping for transparency, mirroring what the other companies clearly provided. Honestly, it makes me feel like they’re not being upfront. It’s not just about what *is* in the contract, but what’s conspicuously missing. If anything goes wrong later on, it needs to be explicitly covered. I’m worried they’re not being forthcoming about what I’m actually paying for.” report abuse

He was incredibly organized and kept us fully informed throughout the process, sticking to the agreed-upon schedule, even working ahead of the snowstorm to protect our home.   “I was really pleased with how quickly I got a call back after submitting my contact information – it came within three days. I spoke with Dale about getting a quote for some repairs and renovations on my house, but he seemed a little less enthusiastic because it was just a repair job. He said he’d come out the next day or the following Monday, but he never showed up or contacted me. I called him the Tuesday after that, and the receptionist told me he was out but would be back that afternoon, so I left a voicemail. I’m still waiting to hear from him, though. I’ve heard good things about Capitol Siding’s work on my parents’ house in Shrewsbury, so I’m hoping they’ll get back to me soon.” report abuse
