  “I just want to say, this company is exceptional. Not only are their products top-notch, but their commitment to customer service is truly outstanding. We experienced a leak fifteen years after our initial installation, and they immediately sent a technician out to resolve the issue completely free of charge.   I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the drivers operating the company vehicles I observed on Route 84 today. They were completely blocking the passing lane for nearly a quarter mile, and one driver exhibited aggressive, road-rage behavior, actively pursuing vehicles that were simply traveling at the normal speed of traffic. It was unacceptable and frankly frightening. The blatant disregard for other drivers and the aggressive tactics displayed, particularly targeting a woman with children, were deeply concerning. Honestly, it made me question the entire company – the unprofessionalism displayed suggests a serious lack of training and respect for fellow motorists. I certainly wouldn’t consider hiring this company based on this experience. report abuse

It all started when we met Kevin at the Boston home show, and he generously invited us to his headquarters in Auburn, Massachusetts, to see the construction process firsthand. He really walked us through the whole sunroom build, and we were blown away by the care and attention to detail – from Kevin himself to Kathleen, Gerard, and everyone else involved. Seriously, a huge thank you to the whole team! We told Kevin we wanted a TV-free space, and he said, “You might never want to leave!” – and he was spot on! We’re so grateful to Brady Built for creating what we consider the best room in our house. If you’re thinking about adding a sunroom, we highly recommend looking into Brady Built!” report abuse

  This is a truly impressive 4 Seasons unit – beautifully designed and built with a real attention to detail, especially the custom Italian rooms. It feels incredibly sturdy and well-made, like it could last forever. And on top of that, the team working on it were fantastic – really personable and professional throughout the whole process. report abuse
