I’ve used their services twice now – once to repair steps on my front porch and again to deal with water damage in my bathroom.   “I was really disappointed with my experience. Rocky and his wife were consistently difficult to reach and seemed quite disorganized. It felt like they were selectively presenting a very positive image by only highlighting the best reviews, which I believe is misleading. Honestly, a quick search on Google reveals many other customers have had similar negative experiences. Furthermore, I’m concerned about their lack of adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols – it felt like they weren’t taking the health and safety of their employees and customers seriously.” report abuse
