Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Home Improvement. They’ve done a fantastic job on several projects around my house – the deck, siding replacement, and most recently the garage – and consistently delivered excellent results. They were incredibly efficient, completing everything on time and within budget, and the quality of their work was top-notch. My main contact was also a pleasure to work with; they were always responsive, kept me fully informed, and really seemed dedicated to ensuring I was completely satisfied with each project. I’ll absolutely be using them again for any future work I need done.

Honestly, our experience with this deck repair company was incredibly disappointing. They responded promptly after the storm damaged our deck, and they did get the railings up relatively quickly – though it felt a little odd that they had them pre-made. However, the quality of the work was shockingly poor. The railings were installed so shoddily that it was clear they hadn’t put in much effort. The wood felt cheap, full of large knots and with several missing sections. Within just six months, the railings were already splitting and falling apart. We contacted the owner to voice our concerns, but he dismissed our worries and essentially told us to deal with it ourselves. It was a really unprofessional experience, and I would absolutely not recommend this company – their lack of care and the poor quality of their work were completely unacceptable.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received from Home Improvements. The quality of their work was unacceptable, and they ultimately left the job unfinished, requiring me to hire someone else to complete it. It was completely unprofessional for someone to attempt caulking without proper equipment and safety measures. My husband was very concerned, and thankfully we were able to get the situation resolved. Their prices were excessively high, and I felt they were taking advantage of my situation. I would strongly advise against using this company.

“I was incredibly disappointed with the window replacement service. They seriously damaged the interior trim on six of my windows, and despite my concerns, they never followed through on their promise to return and fix the problem. Now I’m stuck paying another company $2,500 to correct their mistakes – it was a really frustrating experience.”

“We’ve been so thrilled with All Season Home Improvement – they’re truly fantastic! We started working with them back in 2021 on a huge agricultural equipment building, and they just knocked it out of the park, especially considering the crazy hot weather we had in Maine that summer. Pete and Carl were fantastic, keeping everything on track with great communication. The finished building is stunning, and people still stop to admire it! Then, in 2022, we hired them again for a massive custom deck – a two-level design with a hot tub – and they exceeded all expectations. We worked closely with Bobby to design it, and the final result is absolutely incredible, built to even Abrams M1-A tank specifications! Honestly, they’re like family to us now; we know everyone who works on our property, and they always do such high-quality work at a fair price. We’re already planning our third project with them – a new steel roof for the house – and we wholeheartedly recommend All Season Home Improvement to anyone looking for a truly skilled and reliable team.”

This company was incredibly disappointing. They didn’t seem to stand behind their work at all, and when I raised concerns about the job not being finished, I was essentially ignored – even blocked on Facebook. The owner was unresponsive to multiple messages. I strongly advise against using their services.

“I was really disappointed with the quality of the window installation – the finish work was just not up to standard. While they were responsive when I contacted them, their proposed solution of simply re-doing the work in the same flawed way didn’t address my concerns at all. Because of these ongoing problems, I ultimately had to hire a different company and pay an extra $2,500 to get the job properly done. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.”

“I unfortunately had a really frustrating experience with this company. I had a bathroom remodel done back in May of 2022, and it took over five months to finally finish. Throughout the process, they relied heavily on subcontractors who were consistently unreliable and seemed to make excuses for not completing the work to the agreed-upon specifications. Specifically, the tile installer didn’t use spacers, which has already led to significant grout issues and a really poor-looking shower after just over a year and a half. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company – I probably should have tackled the project myself.”

“I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. I contacted them about having a custom door built and, frankly, the interaction was completely unprofessional. The salesperson was dismissive, insulting my ideas about the door and essentially telling me my request was ridiculous. He then blocked me from further communication, which was incredibly frustrating. I have saved all the messages, and I strongly advise anyone considering working with them to proceed with extreme caution. It seems like they misrepresented their services, and their behavior was unacceptable.”

“Unfortunately, the repair work on our deck was really unsatisfactory. After the storm damage, the deck is now barely holding together – it’s quite concerning.”
