    “Overall, the work completed was minimal – the carpet was simply laid down in the basement, with some attention to the edges and stairs. Unfortunately, the process damaged the recently painted walls and trim, and we’ll need someone to come back and repair that. There was also some damage to our furniture during the move. Despite these issues, the staff were very responsive and polite.” report abuse

    Honestly, I’m incredibly frustrated. While Scott and his team seemed polite initially, they’ve provided absolutely no real follow-through on the laminate flooring installation. I’ve had to make four separate trips to the store just to get basic issues addressed, and it’s felt like they were just saying what I wanted to hear. There are major problems – the flooring is bowing, pieces are coming loose, and it’s creating a serious trip hazard in the kitchen. I’m just giving up; I don't have the time or patience to keep dealing with this. I strongly recommend avoiding them. report abuse

They were really patient with us as we were trying to decide between two styles, and they even offered to get a sample box delivered so we could see them in person.     I was absolutely blown away by my experience with this business. From start to finish, it was fantastic! The team is genuinely amazing, and their attention to detail is truly impressive. I went in with my fiancé looking for hardwood flooring for our bedroom, and we were immediately impressed with the huge selection of beautiful options. Lindsey, in particular, was incredible – she really listened to what we were looking for, understanding we wanted something different than our existing oak while still coordinating well with the rest of our home. She recommended a rustic maple that was absolutely perfect! They worked hard to stay within our budget and got us a really competitive price. The installation was so smooth, and they left the whole place spotless. It was truly remarkable how quickly and efficiently they worked.     “I was incredibly frustrated with this company’s service. I initially tried to schedule an appointment, but the person I spoke with didn’t seem to know anything about the estimate process and had to call me back – which never happened. After three days of no response, I left repeated messages, and still didn’t hear back. Finally, after another week or two, I managed to get an appointment scheduled for two weeks later. Then, on the day of the appointment, the person didn’t show up, and it seemed like they had no record of my appointment. The estimator was delayed for two hours, and frankly, the whole experience felt incredibly disrespectful of my time. It was just a lot of wasted effort and a real lack of communication. I felt like I had to fight to get someone to simply provide an estimate, and it was completely unprofessional.” report abuse

    I was really disappointed with the service I received when I contacted them to get a tile estimate for my bathroom. I’ve been trying to get an estimate for two weeks, and the person I spoke with kept promising to get it done, but nothing ever happened. I even had my husband go to the location to follow up, and it still didn’t get done. Ultimately, I had to just give up waiting. report abuse

    I’m incredibly disappointed with the work this company did on my new flooring. As someone who’s moved several times and worked with contractors before, particularly in California, I expected a much higher standard. The tile work in my bathrooms and kitchen is seriously flawed – the tiles are uneven and creating significant trip hazards. This is a major concern, especially with my 87-year-old mother, who’s nearly fallen a few times. Worse still, the transition between the living room and kitchen laminate is completely unstable, with sections lifting and coming up. Their response was to simply pile shims under the floor, which has now caused the laminate to buckle dramatically along the edges. And to add to the frustration, getting them to acknowledge the problems and offer a proper solution has been almost impossible; they seem to react defensively when I simply request a repair. report abuse

    I’m really disappointed with the carpet installation I had done. It was installed by a friend, and unfortunately, it’s already started to pull up on the edges after only a short time. They sent someone out to try and tuck it back in, but it didn’t solve the problem, and it’s gotten significantly worse this year. I contacted them to see what could be done, but I haven’t received any response – it feels like they just don’t care about fixing it, likely because a full replacement would be necessary. It’s frustrating to feel like you’re not getting the quality of service you expect, especially when you’re paying good money for a job done right. I wish they’d treated this as if it were their own home—it seems like customer service has really declined lately. report abuse
