  This was a really frustrating experience. I’m only giving the company two stars because the employees themselves were fantastic – incredibly friendly, hardworking, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure the work looked good. However, the owner, Dean, was a completely different story. We hired Dean based on his high ratings, hoping for a reliable contractor, but we quickly realized we’d been ripped off repeatedly. After a series of bad contractors, our home was in terrible shape, and Dean promised to fix everything and offered the best price considering what we’d already paid. Unfortunately, he didn’t deliver. He refused to warranty his work unless we obtained a permit, which he was supposed to handle himself, and we never got one. As a result, they seriously damaged our electrical system, cutting wires and completely destroying a main wire. Then, the paint they’d applied started falling off within days, and it turned out they’d used outdated, old paint without a primer. It was clear they’d cut corners and lied about his warranty. He also used his brother for a ridiculously inflated job, refusing to provide a breakdown of the cost. When I pushed for an explanation, he threatened me and we stopped communicating. Ultimately, Dean’s dishonesty and bad practices ended up costing us thousands of dollars to fix the problems he created. While the employees did a commendable job, Dean was simply unreliable, dishonest, and left us with a huge mess to clean up. report abuse

  “Dean and Jess and their team did an absolutely fantastic job with our recent plumbing problem. They quickly diagnosed the issue, expertly cut the access holes in our ceiling, and got it all sorted out. What really stood out was their attention to detail – they even put in a small access panel for future maintenance and beautifully repaired the original hole. The texturing and painting were top-notch, and the whole ceiling looks amazing! They were also incredibly friendly and made sure everything was spotless when they were done.   Deano’s did an absolutely amazing job on our project! They tackled a really tricky situation – seamlessly blending new drywall with existing walls that had different thicknesses – and pulled it off flawlessly. Honestly, the initial condition was a mess, but they completely transformed it into something beautiful. Communication was fantastic throughout the whole process, and the site was always kept incredibly clean. We’ll absolutely be using their services again in the future! report abuse
