  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this storage facility. We recently moved everything out, and sadly, over half of our belongings were ruined due to mice and humidity. We’ve dealt with storage units across the country while we travel, but this was by far the worst experience. The service was awful – they changed their phone number without letting us know and installed a gate with a new code without any notification. It’s been a huge waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.” report abuse

  “I was really impressed with their service. I initially called to check on availability and they immediately went above and beyond by suggesting other suppliers who could fulfill my needs. Thankfully, they did have what I needed, and I was able to pick it up and use it right away.   “Unfortunately, the portable toilet was in a really poor condition. The seat hadn’t been wiped down, and it looked like the seat ring hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Worse still, the tank was overflowing with flies – it was a really unpleasant experience.” report abuse

  “We booked a trailer through a phone call and were really looking forward to our trip. However, when we arrived, we were told the trailer we’d reserved was ready, but it wasn’t there. We ended up having to rent a different trailer, and unfortunately, it was in terrible condition – the tires were completely worn and the whole thing bounced around uncontrollably. We could barely manage to drive it at 35 mph. We definitely won’t be returning.” report abuse

  I had a really terrible experience renting a lift. The customer service was awful – it took ages, and they kept delaying the process, eventually telling me someone else was picking up the lift at noon and essentially cutting me off. When I returned the lift, the guy just closed up shop without letting me go, and he even threatened my aunt, demanding she pay extra if she didn’t immediately pay more. It was completely unprofessional and stressful. report abuse
