  “AGC Home Remodeling’s initial response was really concerning. They sent a text message two days after we contacted them at 6pm, but my question went completely unanswered. Asking for our budget and a detailed project description via text felt incredibly unprofessional and out of touch. Honestly, it felt like they weren’t interested in a simple return call, and we don’t feel it’s acceptable to communicate with potential clients this way.” report abuse

We really pride ourselves on meeting deadlines and sticking to our schedules, and right now we’re facing some significant delays with staffing and materials that are impacting our timelines. I was also surprised and disappointed by the extended timeframe between our initial visit three months ago and this follow-up.
