  “David was fantastic – genuinely a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly friendly and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. He explained everything thoroughly, gave us some excellent advice on what to test, and set realistic expectations from the start. After his visit, he even followed up to ensure we had everything we needed. The final report he sent was detailed and included great photos of the work he’d done, and he offered to go over it with us if we had any questions.   “I was really impressed with the inspection team – they did a fantastic job given the age of the house. It’s a 1980s build, so there were naturally quite a few things to look at, but Bobby Malone and his team went above and beyond. Bobby was incredibly helpful, walking me through the inspection report and offering really practical advice about the issues and what I should do as a new homeowner.   “Gary was fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, getting right to the point. It was so reassuring to have him doing the inspection while I was working from home – he was surprisingly quiet and unobtrusive, we barely noticed he was there.
