“Honestly, my experience with this company was really disappointing. The office staff seemed incredibly rude and didn’t seem to understand basic professionalism. They also made a significant error by not pressing the hold button, and then repeated negative comments they overheard. On top of that, the prices are way too high, and it’s nearly impossible to actually speak to a real person – if you leave a message, you’re unlikely to get a response.”
