  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. They did a shockingly poor job on my driveway last fall, and after contacting them immediately to have it fixed, they simply never returned. I followed up again in June, and again in September, but they ignored my calls. The whole experience was completely unprofessional and unreliable – I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. report abuse

  I’m really disappointed with the service we received from Central Minnesota Sealcoating. Honestly, it’s frustrating to have to leave a negative review, but the results just didn’t live up to the price we paid. We had our driveway sealcoated a week ago, and as you can see in the photos, the hot rubber crack sealing was nowhere near what was promised. The cracks weren’t covered at all; they’re still open and visible. We were expecting a much more thorough job, especially considering the cost. After contacting them to discuss the issue, we only received text messages. They claimed the cracks were “sealed” and that caution tape was applied, and that some seal coat was even added. Then they blamed our older asphalt and wider cracks. Despite letting them know this was causing us significant dissatisfaction, they never bothered to call and talk to us directly. We won’t be using their services again. report abuse

  Troy and his team were a real disappointment. We hired them to pave our driveway, but the process was plagued with delays and ultimately, unfinished work. Despite the concrete being laid back in June, there’s been a drawn-out dispute between Troy and his subcontractors, and I’ve unfortunately been caught in the middle. He’s now refusing to complete the asphalt portion of the job, claiming he doesn’t have a truck – a completely unexpected oversight for an asphalt company. Because of all the delays and his refusal to pay back my deposit after 2.5 months, I’m still waiting for my money back, and I’ve only received excuses. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend using this company if you're not prepared for a lot of hassle and frustration. report abuse

  “Unfortunately, the sprayer didn’t function properly, and the crack sealing job wasn’t done well. I tried to get him to come back and take a look, calling him three times, but he never returned. I’ll likely need to redo the work next year. I wouldn’t recommend using his services.” report abuse
