“I recently called to get a quote for a boundary survey, and my experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. The person I spoke with immediately made it clear they weren’t looking for the cheapest option and seemed to want to avoid wasting their time if I wasn’t fully prepared. The daily rate was a significant $3,000, and they said they’d get back to me after speaking with a surveyor. Honestly, the entire interaction felt a bit dismissive and like they weren't particularly interested in my business, especially as it was my first time contacting them. I ended the call feeling like they weren’t really wanting to work with me.”

“I recently visited Sea’s Engineering for a survey quote, and unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. The receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive, making us feel like we were a nuisance. She immediately shut down the possibility of providing a quote, acting as though we were unimportant. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. While the gentleman who eventually assisted us was very helpful and kind, the initial interaction with the receptionist was so poor that we won’t be using their services.”
