  Honestly, my wife Jenn and I are still completely blown away by our new home – it truly feels like our own! East Wing Architects, and especially Evan Wivell, were absolutely instrumental in making that happen. Evan was incredible throughout the entire process. He was a fantastic guide, a brilliant designer, and really helped us navigate all the tricky steps, though he could be a little slow at times, which we appreciated he was upfront about. It was a genuinely rewarding experience working with him. East Wing just has amazing design sense – the house is stunning, and we’re still settling in (we moved in September 2022), but it's already made a huge impression on everyone who’s seen it. And they’re incredibly efficient; they expertly handled everything from the historic design review to securing city permits, and a really complicated construction process. What really stood out was their ability to build relationships – they communicated seamlessly with our builders, the various tradespeople, and even our neighbors. They tackled a really challenging project, seamlessly blending 150-year-old features with new construction. It’s clear they embrace a good challenge, and most importantly, Evan’s a down-to-earth person to work with. We learned firsthand just how complex building a home – especially one with so much sentimental value – can be, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide us through it. report abuse

  EastWing Architects were absolutely fantastic to work with. They completely understood our needs when designing a basement living space for my mom, who was moving in with us. From the very beginning, they were professional, really thoughtful, and incredibly detailed in their approach. Because the basement had some unique challenges, they presented us with lots of different design ideas while always keeping our budget in mind.   Overall, Eastwing Architects, and especially Evan, were fantastic to work with. Evan did a wonderful job designing the plans for our café – the design was truly unique and beautiful. He was incredibly professional, polite, and always quick to respond to our questions and requests. He was also really patient with us throughout the whole process, accommodating all of our changes with a smile.
