I strongly advise against hiring Jerryn. His history reveals a serious pattern of financial instability and dishonesty. Records available through the MD Judicial Case Search Website show a consistent track record of failure to pay child support, significant federal and state liens, and foreclosure proceedings. It appears he uses funds immediately received for his own expenses rather than investing them in the project he’s contracted for. Based on this evidence, it’s clear he’s not a reliable professional and I wouldn't recommend engaging his services.

Jerry was absolutely fantastic to work with. The city was really throwing obstacles in our way with the rooftop deck project, but Jerry went above and beyond to advocate for us and ultimately got the project approved. He was incredibly responsive, keeping us updated constantly via email, text, and phone calls. Plus, the quality of his work was outstanding – I wholeheartedly recommend him for any architectural or engineering needs.

Jerry has been fantastic to work with throughout this exciting project – designing my home in the Virgin Islands. He’s been incredibly responsive and patient, always getting back to me quickly and never making me feel rushed. He’s really taken the time to answer all my questions and incorporate my ideas, which has made the whole process of building a home overseas so much smoother. I’m really pleased with how things are progressing and excited about the beautiful house he’s creating for us.

Jerryn did an amazing job helping me navigate the permitting process for a unique design project in the USVI – I wholeheartedly recommend him.

“Overall, working with this architect was quite challenging. He seemed confident in his abilities, but unfortunately, he consistently missed key details, requiring numerous revisions even on relatively simple projects. Despite clear instructions and documented communication, he frequently overlooked important elements. His field work was also problematic – he rarely took accurate measurements and relied heavily on guesswork, leading to significant rework and wasted money. Because of these issues, I ultimately had to take three separate projects to different architectural firms.”
