  Castle Warehouse is a fantastic place to get cabinets – I had a really positive experience. Rose was absolutely wonderful; she was incredibly helpful from the initial design stage right through to placing my order. They were, without a doubt, the most affordable option we found for our kitchen remodel – offering the same high-quality materials as everyone else (all wood construction, wood lazy susans, and soft-close features). We ended up paying just $2,527.67 for everything, including a special-order cabinet, which was delivered the same day! Our installer was fantastic – really knowledgeable, efficient, and super friendly. It’s a warehouse-style operation geared towards contractors, so their service isn’t like a traditional retail store, but we found everything we needed and it was absolutely worth it.” report abuse

I received the wrong base cabinet – it was from a completely different set – and the company refused to take it back because it had been opened.   I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at the Balt branch. The salesperson was completely unhelpful – he couldn't even confirm if the windows I needed were in stock until he’d created a quote, despite having been told by another store they were available. There was no follow-up, and it took four hours for him to finally get back to me, which was completely unacceptable. Honestly, the service was worthless. report abuse

However, it’s a very no-frills experience; they’re not focused on customer service or building a personal connection. If you’re looking for a friendly atmosphere, this isn’t the place.   “The store itself was pleasant enough, though there are others in the area. I wanted to specifically commend the helpfulness of one of the staff members – a tall African American gentleman – he was fantastic. Unfortunately, our experience with another employee was really disappointing. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful, and it left us feeling like our business wasn't valued.
