  Honestly, my experience with this company was a real rollercoaster. I had them install carpeting in my entire house back in 2014 – it was a huge project, over 2,300 square feet, and I was so excited. Unfortunately, the initial installation was a disaster. The manager at the time was incredibly difficult to deal with, completely ignoring my concerns and never fixing the problems. Even the salesman wouldn’t return my calls or texts. I ended up with an unfinished job, missing sections of carpet, and a measly gift card as compensation. It wasn’t until years later, when the owner, Avi Gunzburg, took notice of the situation, that things started to turn around. He was rightly upset that his employees had let down a customer and damaged the company’s reputation. He personally stepped in and, working with his sales manager Andy Hixon, had brand new carpet and padding installed in two rooms of my house – completely free of charge! I was absolutely amazed by the quality of the second installation; the installers were so polite, professional, and did an incredible job. I regret not contacting Mr. Gunzburg sooner, because it’s clear he would have ensured I was completely satisfied.   I’d strongly advise against using this company. Our experience with them was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, a huge waste of time. We hired them for a laminate floor installation, and while Mike Holston initially seemed knowledgeable and offered a fair price, things quickly went downhill. The crew was late, unprofessional, and did a shockingly poor job – they left the floor uneven, covered a heating register, and used a significant amount of incorrect materials. It took nearly three months of constant calls and follow-ups with multiple managers, including Brandon Pindell and Avi Gunsberg, just to get them to address the initial problems. Despite their apologies, the issues persisted, and we're still closely watching the floor for any future problems. While the finished product looks decent now thanks to some rushed fixes, the entire process was a nightmare, and the warranty doesn't give us much confidence in their work. Honestly, if you’re looking for a smooth, reliable flooring installation, I’d urge you to look elsewhere. This company is best avoided – a definite D for effort. report abuse
