  ARC Construction Services were absolutely fantastic – I genuinely recommend them. My husband and I hired them after a serious water damage issue led to mold growth in our home, and because I have a health condition related to mold, finding a reliable and caring company was incredibly important to me. We looked at several companies, but ARC stood out immediately. They were so knowledgeable and responsive, and they really took the time to understand our concerns and how stressful the situation was for us. They started the remediation work quickly and worked really well with our industrial hygienist, which made us feel confident they were doing everything correctly.   I was really frustrated by my recent experience after an accident on I-95 near Exit 36 on October 13th. A rock came flying out of an ARC Construction truck and hit my windshield. I immediately tried to get the driver’s attention, but he just kept driving after glancing at me. I contacted ARC Construction and spoke with Melissa, who was very understanding at first and expressed how awful it was that the driver didn't stop. She even asked for the truck’s tag number, which I provided after locating the vehicle and taking a picture. However, a week passed and I never heard back. When I called again, I was told they wouldn’t cover the damage because their trucks are “covered,” and the Vice President would get in touch when he had time. The picture I took doesn't show a full top cover, so it seems completely unfair that I’m now facing a $250 repair bill when it was clearly their responsibility.   “Honestly, the persistence with the cold calls, especially on a holiday like Labor Day, seemed a little desperate. And Edward’s approach on the phone didn't really connect. I definitely wasn’t interested in a free inspection – it just felt pushy.” report abuse
