  I had a really disappointing experience at your Baltimore location today. The staff’s behavior was incredibly unprofessional and frankly, quite rude. A woman, who I believe was a manager, was aggressively dismissive and spoke to me in a way that was completely unacceptable. It felt like I was being treated with disrespect, and the overall impression was one of hostility. Beyond that individual’s behavior, there was another staff member who immediately questioned my identity without even introducing himself – it felt incredibly cold and unwelcoming. While I understand the need for security, a simple, polite greeting would have been far more appropriate. Because of this experience, I unfortunately won’t be recommending or hiring your company. It’s clear that customer service needs significant improvement, and a focus on respect and courtesy is essential, especially for a business that values its reputation. report abuse
