They did an absolutely fantastic job with the power up for my home, and the whole process was so smooth thanks to their great communication and fantastic prices. The quality of their work is outstanding – they even took the trouble to use a label maker on the new panel, which was brilliant! They also expertly installed the electrical for my new swim spa, ensuring it was perfectly positioned. They were incredibly efficient and clearly dedicated to getting everything just right.   “I was really impressed with their billboard – it’s fantastic! That led me to hire them for some work around the house. Lou and his apprentice were absolutely fantastic; they were so helpful and explained everything really well. They resolved a quick issue for us, and I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get here and take care of it.   Lou and Stu did an absolutely fantastic job installing the recessed lighting and electrical outlet – I couldn’t be happier with the results! The lighting really transformed the space, and I was especially impressed with their professionalism and how efficiently they tackled both jobs in one visit. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and even offered some helpful suggestions, which I really appreciated.   Stewart was absolutely fantastic – he really went above and beyond during my service call. He was so responsive, keeping me updated with text messages and he was right on time. Because I’d attempted a dimmer switch installation myself in my older home, he took the time to patiently walk me through the entire wiring process, explaining everything clearly – even what each colored wire meant. And I was really impressed that he took the extra effort to make the new dimmer switch look really nice, covering up the protruding knob. Honestly, it’s rare to find a company that’s both so professional and so willing to educate you. I’m so glad I chose Common Ground Electrical – I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future electrical work. report abuse

  Common Ground initially did an absolutely fantastic job. We hired them to install an outlet for a new dryer, and they ended up completely finishing the wiring and circuit breakers for our recently built addition – a huge relief after the original electricians completely disappeared on us. Stuart was fantastic – really easy to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable, and always had the answers we needed. They were also competitively priced, punctual, and incredibly courteous, going above and beyond to complete a significant project. I wholeheartedly recommend them. However, more recently, our experience was a complete disappointment. Despite a positive initial experience, they failed to address a problem that arose, didn’t show up for a scheduled appointment, and didn’t respond to our calls or emails. It was a frustrating and unprofessional way to handle a situation, and we had to bring in another electrician to resolve it. report abuse
