“I have to say, I was really disappointed with the communication throughout this process. I raised some significant concerns about the house and was assured I’d receive a detailed document outlining everything. Despite multiple follow-ups, that letter never materialized. It felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously, and frankly, I wouldn't recommend this company if you’re planning any major structural work – you’ll need much more reliable support to ensure your plans are approved.”

Stephen Brown was fantastic to work with. He did a really thorough job analyzing the structural aspects of our rooftop deck and delivered the drawings promptly. The inspectors were also very pleased with his work and appreciated the Skarda stamp, leading to a quick approval.
