  I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I scheduled an appointment and waited a full 30 minutes for someone to arrive. When I called to inquire, the woman who answered was incredibly unhelpful and frankly, quite rude. She dismissed my concerns and escalated the situation, even arguing with me about a previous purchase. It’s frustrating when a business loses a customer, especially when you’re busy as a landlord. report abuse
