  We had a really positive experience with Next Day Floors at the Home and Garden show. Tom McCloskey was fantastic – he was incredibly patient and waited seven months for us to gather the funds for our deposit. The floors look absolutely stunning, and the installation crew did a truly awesome job. We went with the Cortec vinyl hardwood laminate, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and price, which was very competitive. Honestly, the service was the best we’ve received, so we’re definitely considering them for our next flooring project – likely for the carpet. report abuse

  I had a truly awful experience with Next Day Floors. I placed an order for wood floors and carpet back in March, and the whole process dragged on for far too long. I was initially told it would take about two weeks to get the materials, but the wood floors weren’t installed until 15 days later, and the carpet finally arrived over a month later on April 28th. Throughout the entire time, I kept calling for updates and was constantly met with excuses. My sales representative, Bill, did offer some compensation after I voiced my frustration repeatedly, but honestly, the delay and the lack of communication were unacceptable. It was, without a doubt, the worst flooring experience I've ever had, and I wouldn't recommend Next Day Floors to anyone. I’d give them a very low rating – just 1 out of 10. report abuse

  Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “I can’t recommend this company. My experience was incredibly frustrating and ultimately unacceptable. Tommy, the salesman, repeatedly tried to charge my card for a much higher amount than initially quoted – initially $500, then attempts up to $5000 – thankfully my bank caught on. When the floors finally arrived after over two months, they weren’t at all what was promised. The installation process took nearly three weeks, and the quality was shockingly poor. I had slices in the vinyl planks, raised edges on the tiles, and the paintwork was messy with the brown wood showing through. Worse still, when I raised my concerns about the terrible service and shady salesman, the owner dismissed my worries as me repeating myself. They offered a small discount, but it didn’t even begin to compensate for the huge hassle and disappointment we experienced. Seriously, avoid this company – you’ve been warned!” report abuse

  I had a really positive experience with Next Day Floors. I contacted them on July 26th and needed a new carpet installed quickly, so Chuck was fantastic – he came out to give me a quote by 11:30 am, and he arrived right around 11:00 am. I got a great price, and I appreciated his expertise and how he handled things; it was better than the other two quotes I’d gotten. The installers were there on Saturday around 2:00 pm and finished up by 5:00 pm, and they did a superb job!   I just wanted to share my incredibly positive experience with Bill’s Carpet Fair, specifically with Tom in the Parkville location. From the moment I walked in on a Sunday, Tom really listened to what I was looking for and my budget. Within just a few minutes, he led me to the most beautiful carpet I’d ever seen! He was also fantastic at keeping me on track with my installation date, which was five days away, and coordinating with the other company. The whole process was so smooth – a measurement guy was there on Tuesday and I was completely installed on Friday. The installers were absolutely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and they finished the entire job in just four hours, exactly as Tom had promised. Honestly, the price and the installation were amazing! I’ll definitely be using Bill’s Carpet Fair again when I tackle my kitchen and three bathrooms in the coming months, and I’ll be calling Tom in Parkville.   “I was really impressed with the whole experience of getting the LVT installed throughout my home. Knowing I’d previously run my own flooring business, I was a little anxious, but I couldn’t have asked for a better team. The showroom was fantastic, the salespeople were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and most importantly, the installers – John and Steve especially – were so polite, friendly, and meticulous about their work.
