  “I contacted Michael & Son Services around 9pm with an urgent plumbing issue, and while they initially assured me someone would come out that night, I never heard back. It wasn’t until 1am that they offered to reschedule for the following afternoon. I was really frustrated by the lack of communication – no updates at all. Thankfully, Sherman arrived the next day and did a fantastic job installing our new faucet. He was incredibly helpful and professional, and explained all of our options clearly. Honestly, a little better communication the night before would have made the whole experience perfect, but I absolutely recommend Sherman; he’s clearly an experienced plumber.” report abuse

  “I was really impressed with John – he was fantastic! He arrived promptly and was so professional and friendly from the start. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with our plumbing and carefully walked us through the repair options. What really made the difference was how considerate he was of our home; he cleaned up completely and left everything looking even better than before.
