  I was really disappointed with my experience working with Patrick at NV Homes. As a first-time home buyer, I found the communication to be poor and the whole process quite disorganized. I’m still waiting for a simple phone call or response about the townhomes, and it’s frustrating when you don’t feel like you’re being heard. While I understand there are many buyers interested in these properties, good communication and professionalism are really important, and unfortunately, that’s where things fell short. I’d recommend exploring other options. report abuse

  Overall, this is a fantastic place to live! The layout is really spacious and allows for a lot of flexibility, and I especially adore the rooftop balcony and the beautiful views – the trees and birds create such a peaceful atmosphere. It’s brilliantly located – close to all the amenities like the restaurants, mall, gas station, and hospital, but still feels really secluded and tranquil. The neighbors are also incredibly friendly and supportive. My only small concern is that some people aren’t cleaning up after their pets, but that’s a minor thing.
