“I really appreciate you setting up a voicemail box, but I prefer to work with businesses that are readily available for a call. It’s noon, and I need to be able to speak with a real person when the opportunity arises. Ideally, I’d like to connect with a sales representative directly, rather than leaving a message – especially when they’re open for business. I’d be happy to work with a company that prioritizes answering inbound calls.”

“Overall, our experience with Site Rite was pretty disappointing. They were great initially, really seemed to understand our project and were eager to get started. However, things quickly fell apart. We stopped hearing from them consistently, and when we did, the responses were brief and didn’t address our questions. It became incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, they brought in an engineer to help with a key aspect of the project, but then continued to bill us for work that was already being handled by the engineer. Because of this lack of communication and the unexpected billing issues, I wouldn’t recommend working with Site Rite.”
-
“The team was fantastic – incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely courteous. It’s clear why they have such a great reputation.”
-
“Okay, let’s just say the response was…unconventional. A simple ‘Answer your phone lol’ isn’t really a helpful or productive reply.”
-
That was really helpful, thanks so much!
-
Okay, here’s a natural-sounding rewrite based on just “Thank you”: “I really appreciate the effort and feedback.”
