  Debbie’s communication was initially professional, but the interaction quickly became frustrating and unproductive. She repeatedly deflected responsibility for not sending the estimate she’d verbally provided, shifting blame back to me and questioning my request. When I brought it up the next day, she became defensive, arguing about the timing of my calls and attempting to make me feel like I was misunderstanding the situation. The situation escalated when she dismissed my concerns about her familial connection to the business, and then ultimately lost her composure, resorting to a passive-aggressive approach. It felt like she was intentionally avoiding accountability and preventing a simple resolution. Ultimately, her handling of the situation was unprofessional and damaging, and I ended up securing a much better deal with a competitor due to her inaction. report abuse

  It’s been really frustrating dealing with this situation. Two men, who seemed more like hunters than surveyors, entered my property without asking permission and were surveying a piece of land entirely separate from mine. I specifically asked for the survey results for that other property, wanting to ensure there were no conflicts with my deed and plot map. Thankfully, Scott agreed to provide them to me over the phone. However, since then they’ve completely ignored all my follow-up emails and calls. To make matters worse, they didn’t even acknowledge the marker they left in my yard, which got buried in leaves and damaged my lawnmower blades – it’s really upsetting. I’m now facing the bill for having to sharpen my blades, and I’m wondering if Dietz will take responsibility for this damage. report abuse

Debbie was fantastic; she was consistently available, incredibly responsive via email and text, and her knowledge was truly invaluable throughout the entire Bounty/Topographical Survey process. Brian was equally excellent, explaining everything clearly, being very thorough and patient, and ensuring we had everything we needed submitted to the permit office.   “I’m so pleased with the service I received – it was exactly what I needed! They were fantastic from start to finish, especially considering my new home is spread across three lots. I was really struggling to locate my property lines and had been planning to install a privacy fence. They arrived promptly and, as promised, quickly found the old survey markers. I really appreciated them being so professional and letting me observe their work from a distance. They did a thorough job, setting up those long metal stakes and placing the survey caps with their company name. Plus, they added those helpful wooden sticks with blue ribbons to mark the location of each marker – it was really clear where everything was. I’m completely happy with the survey and now I’m ready to move forward with my fence!” report abuse

  Dietz Surveying was absolutely fantastic – a truly top-notch experience. They went above and beyond my expectations, patiently answering every question I had and even took the initiative to personally search our neighborhood for survey markers.   I was really disappointed with my experience. The paperwork was a complete mess, and it took an unreasonably long time to get the correct information for the role I was applying for. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend this firm. report abuse
