  “I was really pleased with the initial work Maxalea did installing vinca on my hillside – it looked fantastic at first. Unfortunately, the slope started to erode due to the downspout, creating a muddy pit and a trench. I tried to get in touch about it, but it was difficult to get a response, and eventually I was told they’d reassigned my case. However, once Chad and the owners stepped in, everything changed completely. They quickly assessed the situation, put in a temporary fix, and have already scheduled the permanent solution. Chad has been incredibly responsive, keeping me updated via phone and email, and he’s clearly dedicated to finding the best possible outcome. Honestly, Chad and the owners have completely turned a frustrating situation around, and their commitment to customer service is outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to use Maxalea again for any future landscaping needs.” report abuse

  “I can’t say enough good things about Maxalea! They landscaped our home over 15 years ago, and it still looks absolutely stunning. The front yard design perfectly complements our house, and we’ve always loved the curb appeal. They even designed a fantastic backyard pool and patio area – it’s so relaxing and inviting. Plus, they continue to maintain our property, and it’s consistently beautiful.   “My husband and I hired Maxalea to tackle some invasive tree roots, replace our sidewalks, and re-sod our yard. Unfortunately, we were incredibly disappointed with the final result. While the work was completed, the landscaping team, particularly Vance Cole, caused significant damage to our existing shrubs and trees – specifically the Japanese Hollies, Azaleas, and Crepe Myrtles – through very heavy pruning. Worse yet, they removed the mulch from the beds without putting any new mulch down. I brought this to the attention of Steve in Management, but he didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously. Honestly, we wouldn't trust Maxalea with any further landscaping projects. For the $8,000 we paid, we expected a much more professional job, and certainly not damage to our established landscaping. It’s completely unacceptable to have to request cleanup of concrete debris and leftover Graco Concrete materials – we should never have to ask for that.” – Pamela Hindsley report abuse
