  Martin was amazing! I just moved into my new place and had a really urgent plumbing issue – he was so responsive and came out the very next day to get it sorted.   Mike Soper and his team were fantastic! They were incredibly professional and respectful, and thankfully, they were the lowest bidder. What really stood out was their speed – they completely replaced the emergency 50ft water service, which had been causing problems, in just one day.   “I recently used Abbott Brothers Plumbing & Heating after finding them through Bradford White’s contractor directory. They responded incredibly quickly – the owner contacted me within a few hours and scheduled a technician, Alex, to come out. Alex was fantastic! He was super professional, really friendly and arrived right on time. He patiently answered all my questions and even offered some helpful advice on how to maintain my water heater myself. The price was a little higher than I anticipated when I saw the invoice, but honestly, the speed and quality of service from Abbott was absolutely worth it.   “Dalton did a fantastic job winterizing my hose bibs. He was incredibly professional and clearly very knowledgeable about plumbing. He quickly and efficiently replaced a corroded shut-off valve and, going above and beyond, even moved the valve to a much safer spot away from my electrical panel – exactly what I asked for. They responded quickly – Mike contacted me within an hour to provide a free estimate. He was incredibly understanding when I wanted to get a couple more quotes, and I appreciated that. Ultimately, Abbott offered the best price and warranty, so I moved forward with them. The team, including Dalton and another guy, did a fantastic job swapping out my old water heater the next day.   “Martin and Solomon were fantastic – they completely resolved our really serious plumbing problem! When we called, our basement toilet was backing up due to a blockage that started way out near the county line, and it was flooding our home. Martin quickly assessed the situation, explained exactly what was causing it, and gave us a clear estimate of the work involved. He kept us updated every step of the way, which was incredibly reassuring. They installed a valve to prevent future backups, and pointed out that the manufacturer could have included one in the original installation – it was great to have that level of expertise.   “I was really struggling to find a reliable plumber, it’s so frustrating when you don’t know what to expect. I stumbled upon Abbott Brothers and I’m so glad I did! They’ve handled a really big drain problem, installed a new hose bib, and even replaced my hot water heater for me. From start to finish, every service call was fantastic – incredibly professional and with genuinely outstanding customer service. The boss himself even came out twice, working with his apprentice, and it was amazing to watch him demonstrate his skills and offer such helpful, encouraging guidance.
