  I’d wholeheartedly recommend Power Factor for your solar needs. We took our time researching different companies, and Power Factor really stood out. Starting back in July of 2016, we got quotes from several places, and we were really impressed with their sales person – they were incredibly knowledgeable and transparent. The installation itself went perfectly smoothly in October 2016, and honestly, we’re still thrilled with our choice. A big part of that is thanks to Christina, who’s been fantastic at addressing any small issues we’ve had with the system. She’s always quick to respond and resolve things. We’ve seen a dramatic drop in our electric bill – it used to be over $275 in the summer, but now it’s just $35! We’re already planning on adding battery backups, and without hesitation, we know who we’ll call. report abuse

They provided a fair quote based on my detailed description of the work needed, and the electrician was incredibly professional – he did a fantastic job. Ciara was also a huge help; she went above and beyond to coordinate everything, including scheduling the BGE and city inspector, and she was so responsive throughout the entire process. I was able to manage everything through email and phone, which made it really easy. The electrician was really efficient and friendly, and honestly, we wish we’d called them first.   “Power Factor did a fantastic job installing my outdoor security light – they charged a quarter of what BGE would have. The quality of their work was top-notch, and I’d absolutely recommend them.
