Africa Chase’s performance was consistently disappointing. She seemed disengaged and often unhelpful when addressing concerns, and her interactions were frequently rude. It’s clear she wasn’t a good fit for the role.

“I’m incredibly frustrated with the level of service I’ve received from this state agency. It’s been over three months since I submitted my application and I’ve still not received a single email response or phone call. I’ve made countless calls and sent numerous emails, and frankly, it’s completely unacceptable. This license is essential for me to continue my work, and the delay is putting my job at serious risk. I’m extremely concerned and disappointed with the lack of communication and responsiveness.”
-
Frankly, this agency left a really bad impression. It felt like they were just focused on collecting fees and not actually providing any helpful service. It seemed like the entire board needed a serious overhaul, as no one appeared to understand the regulations or how to properly assist people.

I’m incredibly frustrated with this process. Three of my employees successfully completed the test and paid the licensing fee, but we’ve still not received our licenses. Worse than that, we’ve been getting vague responses without any actual communication – they keep saying things are incorrect, but they haven’t returned any of our emails or phone calls. It’s completely unacceptable that they’re taking our money without providing any support or updates.
-
“I’ve been incredibly frustrated trying to get in touch with them. I’ve called eight times and haven’t gotten through, and I’ve left multiple messages hoping for a callback. It’s been two weeks with no response – it’s really concerning and I’m not sure what’s going on.”
-
Ms. Distiny was so kind and helpful yesterday – I really appreciated her assistance.
-
“I was really impressed with Lance, Tinika, and the whole team – they were incredibly helpful and professional, answering all my questions and guiding me through everything. I especially appreciated their patience and understanding throughout the whole process.”
-
Honestly, I’m incredibly frustrated. I’ve been trying to get in touch about this for two months now, and not once have I received a call back or a response to my voicemails. It’s completely unacceptable, especially coming from a government agency in Maryland – I expected much better communication.
